A booked call-out in working hours (9:00am–4:00pm) is $132 plus parts and labour. If you're locked out and need us to gain entry, that's a service call from $220 in working hours, with set rates for evenings and overnight — the same rates seven days a week. A temporary $10 fuel surcharge applies to every call-out while oil prices stay high, and we confirm your exact price on the phone before we start.
Yes. Before we open anything we need to know you're entitled to be there, so please have photo ID ready when we arrive. If it's a rental, a copy of your lease or tenancy agreement helps too — no problem if you can't get to it, just mention it when you call and we'll talk you through what else works.
Yes — we're WA Police Licensed, fully insured and bonded, and every technician is police background-checked.
No — in almost every case we open your door with non-destructive entry and leave the lock exactly as it was. The exceptions are high-security, pick-resistant locks and locks that are already broken, jammed or damaged before we arrive; those occasionally have to be drilled. If that looks likely we'll tell you first, along with what a replacement will cost, before we touch anything.
